We had a just perfect stay of my Italian holiday.
The place was spotlessly clean, our room was great value for money. We ate at a cheap restaurant with excellent food. The hotel provided us with central heating, a work desk, and television. Our location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to the train station. A market and a small store were right next door.

Lovely little and spotless hotel, very amiable staff. Perfectly comfortable location - close to East Georgia Street. Close to a train station, peaceful area. Breakfast with sweet pastries and ham, for example.

Location is perfect: it is close to the Termini Station and it is possible to walk to Piazza Venezia, The Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum and other sights: it is a long way but it is quite pleasant.
Breakfast was poor in the cafe on the next street.

The stay here was fantastic, I would definitely recommend it; the bed was comfy, the room was a great deal, all the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, and the location felt safe and peaceful to me.

Location is great, 10 minutes to Termini train station. It's very convenient when you arrive late at night. Reception is open 24 hours. Night stuff speaks English (though at day there is always the same man who does not speak well).
They are desperately trying to make you pay in cash, not by credit card. There is a notice on the door that due to technical reasons they can't accept any cards. Don't trust this - they actually can, they just don't want to. Since hotel checkout is at 10.30 am, cleaning guys work only until 11.00 am. This means, even if you are not checking out, cleaning guys would come and wake you up in between 9.30-10.30 am. If you are in room, they would leave and never return to clean a room that day. So, we ended up being waken up every morning, and with an uncleaned room. They only cleaned after we complained at reception. Even after the cleaning the floor was dirty. The room is very simple. There is no "Do not disturb sign", no glasses, only 1 chair. Bathroom accessories are not working well: water temperature can vary from very cold to very hot in a second. TV is digital but the picture surprisingly falls into squares and unusable, all interface and programs are in Italian. Therefor we did not use it after the first try. They'd really better put some furniture in the room instead of TV. Wifi internet wasn't working the first day, then it worked in the room after request but internet speed often was irresponsive.

Location
Hotel had my booking in place, upon check out I insisted on giving them my printed Booked.net voucher, which they accepted. I stayed the following night at the same hotel, but as part of an Intrepid tour, my Tour Leader then advised me a day later that the hotel had contacted her and advised her that I had left without paying. I had to explain to my Tour Leader that I had pre-paid/booked my accommodation through Booked.net and that I had insisted on giving the hotel my voucher. I did not appreciate being made to look as though I had not paid for my accommodation, when I had in fact pre-paid it.

The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from a public square, everything suited my needs, and I would definitely return.

It was in a good spot. I had my bag stolen and the staff let me use the telephone in reception to contact everyone I needed to, right up to the last day of stay. Thank you to them. The aircon was a bonus as it was very hot. Have recomeded this Hotel to others
None as such. As others have said the breakfast is minimal, but as we have visited many times we did not expect anything other.

Comfortable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. It was brand-new, reasonably large and with private bathroom. Very friendly staff, they helped us a lot.

Good location - not far from the city center and Termini train station. The air conditioner worked quietly. The stuff was realy kind and helpful. We used two rooms and one of the bathrooms was nice.
One of the bathrooms was too small. Breakfast was only one coffee and one croissant.

There could have been a mini fridge and it said wifi but the guy at the front said they had it for a month and that's it. No wifi.
